Summary:
Alvaston Hall is an elegant Victorian half-timbered house nestled within 41 acres of beautiful countryside. The client aimed not only to fulfill their obligations uphold their duty of care to visitors, the public, and staff but also to produce a detailed tree management plan for the grounds.
We conducted the surveys using Tree Plotter tree management software and GPS Trimble hardware to collect tree data. All individual trees were visually assessed, and groups of trees or woodlands were walked and mapped to provide a comprehensive inventory of the tree population within the park. A detailed Health & Safety report and plans also prepared, including an extensive tree schedule outlined the recommended tree works and future re-inspection frequency.
