Cramant Homes provides high quality homes, catering to all families and individual needs, we was contacted by there architect to assist with full planning permission, which was granted for construction of a new structure. We were instructed to provide tree related planning services conditions including the preparation of an Arboricultural Method Statement and Tree Protection Plan.
It was evident that a poor quality internal trees would need to be removed to facilitate the design scheme. Fortunately the majority of the higher quality boundary features could be retained and remain free from significant harm, either to the rooting environment or tree canopy.
