Summary:

We were contacted by a private homeowner, for a report to accompany there planning application due to the location of existing trees to the property. We carried out a tree survey and constrain plant along with a arboricultural impact assessment, this provided information on the impact a construction project may have on the surrounding trees, due to the close proximity to trees and proposed out building, the construction required the use of screw pile foundations.

Screw pile foundations are the most tree friendly foundation systems around, and can be an be installed without material impact to roots. A tree protection plan and arboricultural method statement was submitted as part of the planning submission to provide the required tree protection measures.
